Easy Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 oz bag frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp pizza spice
  • 6 oz pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzerella cheese
  • Pizza toppings of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Cook frozen riced cauliflower according to package directions.
  • Using paper towels, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from cooked cauliflower.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, pizza spices and egg.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread cauliflower mixture on parchment paper and shape into a round crust. Ensure crust has an even thickness to ensure even cooking.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove crust from oven. Top with pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese and pizza toppings of your choice.
  • Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve immediately! Enjoy!
