Easy Cauliflower Crust Pizza
A healthy, low-carb alternative to a favorite comfort food! This cauliflower crust pizza will be an instant hit and family fave!

- 1 12 oz bag frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pizza spice
- 6 oz pizza sauce
- 1 cup Mozzerella cheese
- Pizza toppings of your choice
Preheat oven to 400°.
Cook frozen riced cauliflower according to package directions.
Using paper towels, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from cooked cauliflower.
In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, pizza spices and egg.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread cauliflower mixture on parchment paper and shape into a round crust. Ensure crust has an even thickness to ensure even cooking.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove crust from oven. Top with pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese and pizza toppings of your choice.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve immediately! Enjoy!
