Pizza is one of my all-time favorite foods! I could literally eat pizza every single day. But I don’t because, well, I also enjoy fitting into my jeans! Since discovering this recipe, I’ve been able to indulge my pizza cravings every single week, guilt free!
Cauliflower crust pizza is also a great way to sneak in extra veggies for your kids. I passed my love of pizza onto my 2 year olds. They don’t notice a difference in the crust… they just know it’s pizza, so they love it!
Tips for perfect, easy cauliflower crust pizza
– Savory Herb riced frozen cauliflower can be used too! Just leave out the pizza spices in the recipe below.
-Don’t skip ringing out as much liquid as possible from the cooked cauliflower. This will ensure that the crust doesn’t become soggy.
-Don’t skip lining your baking sheet with parchment paper. This cauliflower crust will really stick to your sheet without it.
-You can easily double this recipe for a little bit larger crowd!

Easy Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 12 oz bag frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pizza spice
- 6 oz pizza sauce
- 1 cup Mozzerella cheese
- Pizza toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ยฐ.
- Cook frozen riced cauliflower according to package directions.
- Using paper towels, squeeze out as much liquid as possible from cooked cauliflower.
- In a medium bowl, combine cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, pizza spices and egg.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread cauliflower mixture on parchment paper and shape into a round crust. Ensure crust has an even thickness to ensure even cooking.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove crust from oven. Top with pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese and pizza toppings of your choice.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve immediately! Enjoy!
